The Client had a previous Epoxy Screed system installed over 20years previous on the floor but it was delaminating. Our installs team removed the current failing floor and was able to give them a new Industrial floor which was assessed and specified by the experts at Mapei resulting in a floor with a 10year warranty.

Due to the heavy footfall the floor experiences from their concerts and events the cleint wanted the added strength of the quartz system but using a smaller size so that they can still easily clean the floor but also give them the added slip resistance required.
